Slacken the camshaft sprocket bolt, counterholding with forked tool. 45. Reading this thread I'm concerned now. just checked service record for mine (2.5 TDI ACV 102) and belt last changed in Sept 09 but vehicle has only done about 10,000 miles since then. Confusingly, my new Haynes manual (5711) says 80,000 miles for belt renewal and makes no mention of a time interval.
